[ 01 ]About this department
A 40-week journey through four pillars, guided by trained mentors: Fikr (thought), Hunar (skill), Khidmat (service) and Jismani (physical health).
Samt means direction. Each young person meets a trained mentor every week and works through four pillars over 40 weeks, in four quarters of ten weeks. The first quarter asks one question: “Who am I?”
